The Inaniwa udon noodles we make are thin and flat. It has moderate elasticity and is characterized by a very pleasant thirst-quenching sensation.
After boiling in boiling water for about 4 minutes, wash in cold water to remove the sliminess. Serve with bonito broth. Negi (green onion) and ginger go well as condiments. It also goes well with tempura.
Serve cold in summer and warm in winter.
