[Others]TOTONOU chrysanthemum powder

HIROMARU FOOD FACTORY CO., LTD.

Product features

Powdered chrysanthemum grown and raised without pesticides in Oga, Akita Prefecture. It can be drunk in miso soup or cooked in a rice cooker with 1g per cup of rice. In Japan, bread with inulin was also served in schools, so it is delicious to mix the veggie powder into bread to make dough. If you add more rice, it becomes sticky and has a slightly sweet flavour. In bread, you could also try mixing in inulin powder instead of sugar when you want a sweeter taste. The natural chrysanthemum is grown without pesticides, so it is safe.

The inulin in chrysanthemum helps regulate the intestinal environment and, together with fructooligosaccharides, makes good bacteria predominant and improves bowel movements, as well as regulating appetite by activating GLP-1. It also reduces the absorption of sugar, so taking veggie powder before meals can reduce postprandial drowsiness.
